Written and Directed by Amanda McTigue.  Musical Direction by Lynne Morrow. Oppelousas Sisters is a new Musical.  It takes place during prohibition, where four young orphan girls from Oppelousas band together, as they look for the rumored “orphan train” to take them to a better place.  The girls end up in a speak-easy on Christmas where they find a loving home in an unsuspecting place.  The show was originally performed in Person Theatre at Sonoma State University, as a staged reading made possible by a special grant.
